John Hardy started his outstanding investment career in April, 1999 at the age of 19. At a very young age he joined the Local 944 Carpenter Union of California to expand his construction skills and knowledge of real estate. After he acquired knowledge to build massive developments and structures he began to start his new venture as a Real Estate Investor. During his early twenties, John purchased and renovated more than 19 homes in Tennessee. While expanding his investment portfolio he partnered with a company specializing in consumer products, animation and production which is currently a multi-million dollar POP LIFE empire in China. All whilst he continued in real estate, John opened Uplifting Investment Group in 2019 and is still spreading knowledge and wealth in abundance.

My Real Estate Vision for 2023
My real estate vision for 2023 is a world where more people are able to access homeownership and find housing that is both affordable and comfortable. I envision a world where real estate agents are more informed and connected to the communities they serve, able to provide more tailored and personalized service to their clients. I also see a world where technology plays a bigger role in helping people find the best properties for their needs, and where the process of buying and selling a home is much more streamlined and efficient. Finally, I see a world where more people are investing in real estate as part of their long-term financial plans, with more support and guidance available to help them make informed decisions.
My Plan of Action
I am committed to helping make affordable housing available to the average person! I am developing homes that are accessible and within reach of people from all backgrounds and cultures. I will continue to make home ownership available to people that want to establish themselves and their family within a great community. We know that home ownership instills pride and a foundation to grow wealth for many generations to come. So I vowel to continue to create a lasting legacy providing beautiful homes for sell at an affordable rate, and providing home ownership to the regular citizen.
